Tracy Ettinghoff is licensed as a California Real Estate Broker and an Orange County Real Estate attorney. He handles litigation, trials, transactional matters, foreclosures, and all aspects of cases involving real estate. As a Real Estate Broker, he supervised thousands of transactions as the broker of record for a leading Real Estate Company in Orange County.
He graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1976. He earned his J.D. Degree from the Santa Barbara College of Law in 1984. He has been practicing law in Orange County since 1985.
After working for several insurance defense firms doing litigation, and insurance coverage analysis, he went to work at a medium size firm that specialized in Homeowner Association Law. He worked for five years as an associate and then opened his own real estate law practice in 1993.
His real estate law office is located in Laguna Niguel where he has been providing quality legal services to clients throughout Orange County for 25 years. Mr. Ettinghoff has handled numerous cases through trial and handles appellate work also.
